Turtles playing, and TV pitch improv in Storyworld - m4m

You: Being your mischievous, genius, hilarious self
Me: Being in awe of this force of nature (and humbled by you bothering to speak to me in Welsh - kind of!)

I first met Brian in Storyworld 1 - where we shared a love of live performance, and pushing the boundaries (he obviously did this a lot better than I could!)

After this, we carried the friendship on over FB - where he would answer my Welsh language posts in Welsh (through Google translate - there were some hilarious translations!)

Then, in Storyworld 2 in LA I really got to know the playful side of him more (alongside the phenomenal genius mind he had)

Highlights for me from this -

Someone claiming that turtles didn't play - and us both having a long discussion on how did they know that! (this culminated in Brian sending me a link to a video of a turtle playing with a ball months later!)

Brian running an improv session - where people were pitching advertising tie ins with shows to TV executives. He (and Carrie) demanded that I get up and take part. So I got up and did this whole improv about a Sci Fi series tying in with Female Sanitary Products, and it was all blue (because you can't show blood red in the UK in this context - and so they use the colour blue instead...) - just use your imagination....

Seeing him doing his Phenomenology speech and just blowing my mind

He was a great influence on me, was always there to help if he could, and really made the world a better place to live in

I will try to (in my own small way) carry on being mischievous, pushing the boundaries, and bringing live performance and story to this magical world we live in
